Lilly detailed how training, diet, and mindset are the three key elements to gettings abs – as well as pilates.
“So, from the training side of things, you need to be in a calorie deficit with the training styles you are doing,” Lilly said.
“What I always recommend, and the Lean approach is cardio based-training and light strength training and then pilates, or another exercise to specifically target muscle.
